  • Are you passionate about global supply chain management and can you articulate a vision for the SCP transformation journey to customers and potential partners? Can you work cross-functionally to close deals, create go to market plans, ensure ongoing customer success, support sales requirements, and drive new features with product management? If the answers are yes, we want to talk with you.


  • You will lead the effort to expand software company’s partnerships and sales ecosystem and will be the US sales leadership pulse of the company.  You will report directly into Software Company’s Chief Operating Office and will work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, Modeling, Legal, and Executive teams. You will identify market partnership opportunities and manage them from initial partner engagement through agreement and go to market plans. You will be one of the leaders that will increase the size of our customer base and sales ecosystem over the next 24 months.

  • Learn our software products, capabilities, and unique value proposition

  • Build expertise in the competitive landscape

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to see first-hand why global customers continue to use and expand on the Software

  • Identify and prioritize sales ecosystem partnerships

Once you’re at full speed you’ll be:

  • Leading the sales effort on key accounts

  • Evangelizing Software Company’s ’s brand and capabilities through multiple venues and platforms in the SCP marketplace – conferences, social platforms, writing and speaking opportunities

  • Implementing new sales partnerships that further strengthens and lengthens Software Company’s ’s sales pipeline

  • Closing deals on some of the most well-known and prestigious retail and CPG customer brands in the world

  • Driving growth and have fun doing it.

  • 7+ Years of relevant Supply Chain / Supply Chain Planning experience.


  • Quickly become an expert on the Software and the value we bring to the supply chain teams at different organizations

  • Work with customers to configure their supply chain planning processes on the Digital Platform

  • ·Be the front-end project manager, coordinator, and front-line go to support person as your customers start new projects, re-designs or face challenges in day to day usage of the Software

  • Execute Customer Success OKRs in line with Company Objectives and Key results for growth, retention of both customers and CS talent and platform excellence

  • Continually assess, analyze customer’s usage, results and value proposition with the platform to drive continuous improvements

  • Nurture relationships with advocates for within your accounts by partnering on organizational goals and supporting their development

  • Develop and improve demo capabilities in both CPG and Retail verticals and engage pre-sales activities to acquire new customers in close collaboration with solution management, product management, growth team and other Software.

  • Be willing to travel your client locations as needed (post COVID this might be limited)

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering or Statistics

  • Excellent command of SQL and databases

  • Excellent command of MS Office applications

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Would we love an advanced degree? Sure that’d be nice, but not required.
