Location: Remote and need based travel to Richmond VA, Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

Experienced Consultant(s) needed asap. Several consulting projects across the US.

Consultant(s) that will be assessing client business requirements and opportunities for implementations, upgrade or rollouts.

• Functional Expertise to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of JDA (RedPrairie) Warehouse Management Systems.

• The Implementation Consultant’s role is to identify and understand our clients’ business requirements, and appropriately match that with an appropriate technical solution. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the client team to identify the most appropriate solutions among several alternatives and produce related documentation.

• JDA Red Prairie Warehouse Management Systems. Must have had experience in implementing, upgrading or optimization / Strong Functional knowledge Warehouse Management/Logistics

• Hand on working experience with WMS Management Modules / Implementations, Upgrades, optimization experience with JDA Red Prairie WM Suite

• Experience championing full-cycle testing and ensure quality of solutions

• Experience/hands-on project experience – Design, configuration, implementation, training, post support

• Troubleshooting issues, ability to measure key warehouse management metrics, identify opportunities vs risks

• The Consultant is a key member of the project team and must participate at times in design, configuration, testing, and analyzing associated software programs and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel

• Validate requirements, design, configure, develop, debug, and upgrade or implement solution Red Prairie WM Solution Set

• Troubleshoot solutions per design documents

• Test code and prove quality and accuracy before deployment

• Assist in training of customer management team and end-users

• You'll need effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership.

• Also, experience reading and writing SQL is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Logistics, or similar fields.

• Graduate degree (in the fields specified) preferred
