Spinnaker SCA is growing and hiring immediately for Blue Yonder (JDA) Technical Support Consultants

Location: Remote with occasional client location visits

Duration: Full time

Salary: Open on W2

Duties:

The technical consultant is responsible for the implement and support of the Blue Yonder/JDA advanced planning system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 5+ years experience in consulting/support experience in the Blue Yonder/JDA advanced planning system (Demand/Fulfillment/Supply) modules

• Should fully understand Blue Yonder application system concepts, such as SRE, Webworks Foundation schema, clustering and IGP.

• 5+ years experience with PL/SQL and Unix Shell scripting development.

• Design, develop and test interfaces and application enhancements to Blue Yonder advanced planning system.

• Maintain and support the interfaces and batch processes surrounding the Blue Yonder/JDA advanced planning system.

• Experience with Oracle database.  (Preferably 9i or higher)

• Exposure to any of the commonly used scheduling tools, such as Tivoli or Autosys.

• Team player with strong customer focus and the ability to translate business user specifications into technical designs and technical specifications.

• Highly organized being able to adapt to an ever changing environment while managing multiple tasks at once.

• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills required.

• Provide mentoring to other team members.

• Creatively apply technology to solve business problems.

• Should have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes and concepts.

• Effective self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes ownership of project deliverable.
