Pros2plan, a division of Spinnaker SCA Company is now hiring immediately for a contractor/consultant/backfill for a Supply Planning Manager (Exp in Food & Beverages Industry)

Responsibilities:


  • Supply Chain Planning Manager

  • Finite schedule creation- Monitoring adherence to guidelines and making adjustments as needed

  • Raw Material ordering- Execution of orders in timely fashion, follow up and communication

  • Receiving- timely receipt of materials including inputting data into SAP and put away in the warehouse

  • Shipping- Understand warehouse options and be able develop KPIs and improve shipment on time

  • Inventory Management- Monitor cycle count adjustments, drive adherence to Client guidelines and driver root cause analysis of gain/loss

  • People Development- help train and coach Supply Planners and hourly personal

  • Strong SC technical leader to run parallel/support, intent to help/support/accelerate plant progress

  • Able to validate performance due to lack of plan, reconciliation

  • Assist plant build process and a MOS for SC

  • Assist in process and daily ability to reconcile the materials, plan in advance, and react to real in the moment changes, etc

  • Assist in readiness for physical inventory

  • Able to handle complex plant

  • SAP Planning


Experience:


  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage all the above

  • 3-5 years of prior experience necessary


Skills:


  • Fully conversant in inventory and supply planning concepts, leading practice business processes and techniques, and working knowledge with advanced planning system

  • Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organization

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data

  • Proven ability to develop teams and educate and train others in new ways of doing business
