Job Description:

• Functional architect/ consultant needed to support a greenfield Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization implementation project. Includes all phases including discovery, design, prototype, build, test, and deploy. Demand Planning and Enterprise Supply Planning are already deployed, so IO will be implemented on top of those existing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization.

• Reduce inventory invested while improving both customer service levels and operating cost in manufacturing.

• Provide a long-term road-map of refinements and improvements.

• Conduct IO Functional training to technical team and super users.

• Determine migration path from current inventory planning in Blue Yonder supply to Inventory Optimization.

• Perform segmentation analysis and run scenarios.

• Develop paper model and prototype in a DEV database.

• Document and present findings to client SCM leadership team.

• Determine strategy and configuration for optimally modeling demand and supply variability.

• Recommend solution choice based on leading practices including postponement strategies.

• Test and implement design.
