Job Description:

Must have Product Management experience implementing Blue Yonder TMS solutions in the Middle Mile (DC to Customer DC and Retail); Last Mile experience is an added benefit.

The Implementation Consultant’s role is to identify and understand our clients’ business requirements, and appropriately match that with an appropriate technical solution. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the client team to identify the most appropriate solutions among several alternatives and produce related documentation. The Consultant is a key member of the project team and must participate at times in coding, testing, and analysing associated software programs and applications.

Responsibilities:

•  Gather business requirements

•  Build User Stories and User Acceptance Criteria

•  Support Fit Gap activities - facilitate the resolution of gaps in the technology and business requirements

•  Build feature level Roadmaps for each site

•  Execute release and test planning with Technology partners

•  Build or support the teams building business test plans

•  Build strong personal relationships with geo and team partners

•  Ability to demo your solution to leaders and peers

•  Gather and track deliverables across the program timelines and various partners

•  Provide weekly status updates based on program deliverables and timeline

•  Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project and Excel

•  Configure, develop, debug, and trouble shoot solutions per design documents

•  Test code and prove quality and accuracy before deployment

•  Assist in training of customer management team and end-users

Requirements:

•  Strong Functional knowledge of supply chain Transportation/Logistics with focus on distribution applications

•  Hand on working experience with BLUE YONDER Transportation Management Modules

•  Implementations, Upgrades, optimization experience with BLUE YONDER TM Suite

•  Experience/hands on project experience – Design, configuration, implementation, training, post support

•  Trouble shooting issues, ability to measure key transportation management metrics, identify opportunities vs risks

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Logistics, or similar fields.

•  Graduate degree (in the fields specified) preferred or equivalent business experience
